Our Equipment

We manufacture Dry Sorbent Injection components that are the most robust and reliable in the industry. Our modular components -- silos, feeders, mills, and injectors -- can be arranged in different configurations to provide a variety of complete solutions. We can supply a simple component or design an entire system, be it a DSI system, a pneumatic handling system, waste handling or evaporative spray cooling and atomizing system.

Find out how we can configure our equipment to meet your systems requirements.

Reliability

Engineered for maximum reliability, all of our equipment incorporates the highest quality components, built with pride, and designed with minimal regular maintenance requirements while maximizing lifespan

Simplicity

Our engineers have completely redesigned all of our equipment to reduce the number of components, resulting in easy to replace, long-lasting and heavy-duty machines requiring minimal stock of wear parts

Maintainability

Designed to be worked on by a single technician with minimal training, our equipment is packed full of features meant to facilitate maintenance without the need for special tools or lifting equipment

Our Equipment

We have been designing flue gas injection systems since the 1990's for various industries including Power, Steel, Cement, Glass, Metals, Incineration, Biomass, and other processes requiring low-cost, efficient solutions to air pollution control based on our own designs, and implemented in the harshest of environments. Our engineering team designs injection systems based on this experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some basic questions about our equipment:

Yes. Our equipment is specifically designed to be used with all Flue Gas Treatment sorbents, including spongiacal lime.

Our equipment can be utilized to use fans or any type of blower. Our preference is to use traditional or HP fans as they don't compress the air, resulting in potential for water condensation in the transport piping.

Any of our systems that use PD blowers for the pneumatic transport of the sorbent will require some sort of after-cooler, and in many cases, de-humidification equipment in order to avoid the creation of water condensation in the transport piping.

We acknowledge that a system with a reactor will be capable of achieving the highest pollutant emoval efficiency while reducing the sorbent consumption, but our Sorbamax swirl lances can achieve very close to the same efficiency without the need for a reactor.

System performance guarantees are based on our ability to specify the design, performance and operation of ancillary equipment, such as filtration velocity, gas residence time, gas temperature, etc.
